  Stickfighting Seminar (GMA-M)
  GMA will continue its' stickfighting seminar series from 1:00p - 3:30. As always previous attendance or experience, while helpful, is not necessary to learn about using this weapon.

  GMA Halloween Party (GMA-M)
  Our annual Halloween party will be from 7:30-9:00 on Nov 1st, after testing. While we know for a fact that our
  students can be scary, we encourage our students to dress as heroes or role models or something fun.

  Demo Team Practice (GMA-M)
  We will be holding Demo team practice. If you haven't been in demo and want to start, now is the time to do it. Practice will be from 9:00a - 10:30a.

  TKD black belt class (GMA-M)
  We will be holding a special class/strip make up test, for our TKD black belts from 10:30a-12:30p at GMA-M.

  HKD black belt class (GMA-M)
  We will be holding a special class for our HKD black belts from 1:30p at GMA-M.

  Movie/buddy night (GMA-M)
  We will be holding a movie/buddy night for our students and their friends starting at 7:00p. This will be for middle school kids and up.
  
  It has been a while since we have done a movie night, so we have another round scheduled this month. Students are encouraged to bring a friend who might be interested in classes. We will do a little martial arts, some dodgeball, and learn something from the movie. Space is limited. We do need everyone and their buddies to sign up so we can make sure we have enough staff.

  Jason Winkle Seminar (IU)
  Standup/Takedown Fighting Seminar (MMA style) with Jason Winkle: Winkle will be coming back to IU for a MMA seminar from 5:30p - 7:30p. Cost will be around $25.

  TTCA BB Ceremony (Louisville)
  The TTCA is holding the Black belt ceremony on Saturday. Time and location is TBA.

  Holiday Sale (GMA-M)
  Get a jump on your holiday shopping with our annual holiday sale. Use the gift giving season to get them some necessities that they need anyway- like new sparring gear or uniforms, some extra training gear that will help them practice at home, or splurge on some fun seasonal items for their room that will help reinforce that they are part of a positive, powerful martial arts lifestyle. Our annual holiday sale with be Nov 15th from 8:00 to 11:00. This gives you a chance to come to school and shop without the kids, so it can be a true surprise for them. There will be special sales for that day as well.

  FAST adult class (GMA-M)
  We are planning on holding a FAST Defense Basics Class for adults at GMA-M. Class is from 1:00p - 4030p. Of all the seminars that GMA presents, this class is the must attend event. We know of no other self-defense class that gets the student from point "A" to point "B" faster and more effectively. Sign up now in preparation for the FAST Mini Extravaganza next week.

  FAST mini Extravaganza (GMA-M)
  IT'S BACK!!! We are pleased to bring back the FAST mini Extravaganza. GMA will be holding various FAST classes all day long. These will include our basic class material with the addition of a more variety of scenarios. Do not miss the great opprotunity for a whole day of FAST.

  Lil dragon movie/buddy night (GMA-M)
  It's been awhile, so GMA will host a movie/buddy night for it's Lil dragons. Bring a buddy, watch a movie, and play some games. 6:30p-9:00p

  NO CLASS - Happy Thanksgiving
  No classes on Wed, Nov 26th, Thanksgiving (27th) or Friday Nov 28th. Classes will resume as normal the following Monday. Have a happy Bird-day!

  Master Chen Tai Chi Seminar (Indianapolis)
  There will be a Tai Chi Seminar presented by Master Chen in Indianapolis on Sunday, the 7th. Details will be announced in class.

  TTCA Christmas Party (Lousiville, KY)
  Grandmaster Choi's annual Christmas Party will be held at the Louisville Tae Kwon Do School at 6:00 p.m.  Students are asked to bring a covered dish.

  Winter Weapons Daycamp (GMA-M)
  Winter Weapons camp, Dec 29th. This year’s theme will be stickfighting, and this year we are going to take or stickfighting program to the next level with stick sparring. The weapons that come with camp this year are action-flex soft sticks that you can train sparring with sticks safely. This will allow us to add a reality that previously had to be simulated before. The instruction will be based on basic techniques that translate well into the “fights”, so even if you haven’t been training a lot of stick with us, it will be fun to get out there and start swinging.
  Camp will be Dec 29th from 9:00-3:00.

  Jason Winkle Seminar (GMA-M)
  Seminar with Jason Winkle: Sifu Jason Winkle will be hosting a couple of training sessions as another winter camp on Dec 30th. Details on times and topics we will be covering will be announced.
