Programs

Private instruction and/or personal fitness training: Private instruction may include any of the above mentioned areas or any other specific topic in which GMA has expertise, such as martial arts inspired cardio workouts, TKD sport conditioning, attribute training, emphasis on groundwork, emphasis on weapons, etc. Sessions cost $25 per hour for one person. Up to three additional students may be added for an additional $5 each. Availability is dependent on scheduling accommodations and current instructor workload. ** Note that students currently enrolled in DPU academic courses may represent a conflict of interest for private lessons. Contact us to inquire about privates.
