Do You Know What to Do?
Physical instruction is basic and focuses on concepts that can be universally applied rather than relying on scripted sequences. Techniques and strategies cover both stand-up and ground-fighting scenarios Participants can practice realistically against a fully armored "attacker"
Once you have completed our basic course, and if space permits, you are eligible to retake the course as a "refresher course" at a very discounted rate as many times in the future as you would like. The traditional seminar includes five hours of instruction, but the curriculum can be either shortened or expanded based on scheduling allowances.
